Jen's Digi Stamps - New Release Monday

Today is New Release Day at Jen's Digi Stamps.  I have made a card using Cotton Candy drinking coffee.  My card is a coffee cup that I cut using my Silhouette.  Hope you like my creation and will hop on over to Jen's Digi Stamps to look at the cute new digi images!  Happy Monday!

October Sketch

I design sketches for a Yahoo Group that I am in and have decided to start posting them on my blog as well.  I loved using this sketch this month.

Jen's Digi Stamps - Challenge for October 24th

It is Monday and it is time for a new challenge at Jen's Digi Stamps!  Today we start the Polka Dot Challenge!  I have made a card, that I hope you will like, with a Christmas image.  

I sprayed the image with a stardust shimmer spray so that it looked very cold and snowy.  The snow and the fur on the hat was a poofy solution that gets very 3D when heated.  This was a fun card to make!

Tilda in the Leaves

Today is my day to post a MSL Fall card!  There is nothing more like Fall than the beautiful leaves that we see on the trees, falling on the ground, and in raked up piles in our neighbor's yards!  This made me think of Tilda in the Leaves.  I just love this stamp and had fun making this card.  I embossed a metal sheet to use as the background.  I purchased this metal while I was at the Stamping Scrapping Retreat in Michigan.

Distressed Pirate

Today is my day to post a card for the MSL Distress Challenge!  Well, it is Fall!  The weather is getting cooler and football games are every weekend.  My husband and I went to East Carolina University, which are know as the ECU Pirates.  Now you are probably figuring out why I did a card on Pirates!  I just love the Magnolia Pirate stamps and this was the perfect opportunity to use a couple of them.  Here is the card I came up with!

I decided to color my images in Sepia tones.  I had never tried this but have always thought it was great looking.

Jen's Digi Stamps - New Release Monday

A is for Red

Today is my day to post for the SSCC Red Challenge.  This time of year when I think of red, I think of apples.  So, I decided to make my card into an apple shape!  Using my September House Mouse stamp, I created the card below!

Here is a closeup of the cute little mouse!

The inside of the card uses the sentiment stamp that comes with the House Mouse Stamp Club stamp of the month.  This is a great deal to get both the image stamp and the sentiment that goes with it.

Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop

This is the First Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop - beginning today - October 1, 2011.  I was touched by this poem so I decided to put it on my blog.

You may say I'm a dreamer,
